✨Cancellation Policy✨ I strive to offer the best customer service and experience for my guests. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you so late cancellations or no shows dramatically impact me and other guests. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our guests I require 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your visit with me. Guests can cancel or reschedule appointments by logging onto my booking system, sending an email to colorsbyferreira@gmail.com or by sending a text to my phone 209-678-5812 50% of your service total is due at the time of booking to save your appointment time. The remaining balance will be charged when the service is complete. Appointments rescheduled or canceled before the 48 hour window will be refunded the service fee. Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will not be refunded. ✨Late Policy✨ We strive to be on time for each and every guest. If we are running significantly behind, we will contact you prior to your appointment time. If you happen to be running behind, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment; however, appointments running 15 minutes or more behind will be considered a no show. ✨Service Adjustment✨ I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue within the limitations discussed during your consultation, as there are NO REFUNDS
